[INFO] CIR M01/12:MATRADE - FOCUS GROUP INTERVIEW FOR MALAYSIAN EXPORTERS(DEC 21,TUE)
We are pleased to inform that MATRADE has embarked on a Business Strategic Planning (BSP) with a view of formulating its export direction for the next five years and aligning MATRADE's strategies to the National Economic Agenda initiatives.
2. One of the components of the BSP is the Focus Group Interview for External Stakeholder and MATRADE has appointed KPMG Business Advisory Sdn Bhd to conduct the said interview session.
3. The objectives of having the interview are as follows:
i) To determine the satisfactory level of the service delivery of MATRADE to its external clients;
ii) To ascertain the perception of MATRADE's external clients towards the service delivery of MATRADE;
iii) To assess the level of awareness among MATRADE's clients on the scope of service offered by MATRADE;
iv) To gather input, feedback and opinion on the areas for improvement in terms of the service rendered by MATRADE to its external clients; and
v) To determine the level perception of MATRADE's external clients towards MATRADE as an organisation as a whole.
