[INFO] CIR M03/1: BAN ON HEAVY VEHICLES ON ROAD DURING CHINESE NEW YEAR 2012 18-01-2012 Dear all, [INFO] CIR M03/1: BAN ON HEAVY VEHICLES ON ROAD DURING CHINESE NEW YEAR 2012 Road Transport Department (RTD) announced a ban on heavy vehicles from using all roads for Four days during the Chinese New Year in 2012. The ban will take effect on January 21-22 and January 28-29, 2012. The objective of the restriction is to reduce accidents which caused by heavy vehicles and keep the traffic flowing.
